Why Your Sauces
Need Custom Packaging

A condiment packet gets about two seconds to make an impression. Here's what makes those two seconds count

Protection Built for Sauce.

Oxygen and light have opinions about your sauce. High-barrier film shuts them down, so every packet tastes like it just left the line.

Stickers Need Not Apply.

A stuck-on label is an afterthought. Custom packaging for sauce packets skips that step entirely, so your packet comes straight off the press and looks sharp.

Spec'd to Your Machine.

A packet that jams your filler is a headache. Every structure is engineered to your exact equipment, so your line doesn't skip a beat.

A Format for Every Squeeze.

Ketchup doesn't behave like hot sauce or ranch. Whether squeeze packets or dipping sauce packaging, every product is packaged just right.

The Packet Sells First.

The sauce hasn't even been tasted yet, and the packet's already talking. Make it say something worth remembering.

Small Details, Big Difference on Every Custom Condiment Packet

You've put the work into a sauce worth talking about. These are the details that ensure the packet does it justice, every single time.
Color

A packet takes a beating before it reaches a plate, but the print doesn't know that. Pantone-matched, and exactly what you approved.

Tear Notch

Nobody wants to fight a packet one-handed while balancing a burger in the other. A clean tear is mandatory.

Barrier Film

Grease and light love ruining a good sauce. A solid barrier shuts them out, so flavor tastes the same on day one and day one hundred.

Texture

From matte to gloss and soft-touch options, even something this small gets felt before it's read.

Shape

Maybe you need a wider mouth, or a custom hot sauce packet that doesn't look like everyone else's. We’ll build whatever you’re dreaming of.

Craft packets
Seal Strength

A packet that pops open in a delivery bag is a packet that ruins someone's order. The seal has to hold through the whole trip.

Small Packet, Global Impact

A sauce packet is tiny, but a few hundred thousand of them add up. Help to protect the planet with our high performing Greenmaven options.

Start With the Sauce

We get straight to the sauce of it - what you're filling and where it's going. If there's something tricky about your sauce like a small first run or a shape that other suppliers turned down, that's the kind of thing we'd love to hear about now.

2

Get It Sample-Ready

We work through material, print, and format together, building samples along the way until it looks and acts just right. If something isn’t working, we adjust and try again.

Common Questions About
Condiment Packaging

Not ready to reach out yet? These are the questions that usually come up before that call. Chat to a Maven if yours isn't here.

Do you offer support if I'm not sure what I need yet?

Yes. Not knowing the exact format, material, or size isn't a problem. A lot of projects start with just a product and a rough idea, and we help narrow it down from there.

What's the difference between a squeeze packet and a stick pack?

A squeeze packet is a flat pouch torn at the corner and squeezed out, while a stick pack is a narrow tube torn at the top and poured or squeezed lengthwise. Custom ketchup packets are often of the squeeze variety, since they hold up to being squeezed from one end. Stick packs work better for thinner, more pourable products like dressings, or dry ones like spices, where the narrow shape helps control the pour.

Are custom condiment packets food-safe and shelf-stable?

Custom condiment packets are made with food-grade materials and barrier films that help keep sauces shelf-stable and safe. These packets create a protective barrier that limits contamination, oxidation, and moisture until they're opened.

Can two sauces go in one packet?

Our dual-chamber packets can hold two separate condiments or a sauce and a dip in one sealed packet, using an internal divider to keep them apart until it's opened.

Can you match my existing packaging if I'm switching suppliers?

Yes, existing artwork can be matched and Pantone-checked to keep packaging consistent. Switching suppliers doesn't mean your product looks different on shelf or in a delivery bag.
